American pop singer, fashion designer and actress Jessica Simpson is about to announce her Pregnancy but it is not going to happen before a deal of half a million dollars with a magazine to sell the baby photos. The mentor on NBC�s �Fashion Star� had been shopping the deal to the celebrity weeklies to announce the news and sell the those eventual photos.

"We�re told the Simpsons were asking up to $500,000 to close the deal" one of the source said. This would be a nice and neat business but a new kind. Sources told Page Six that Simpson, with the help of her father/manager, Joe Simpson, also refused to say that she is expecting until she had a deal in place. Jessica has been hiding an obvious bump in recent photos to keep showbiz�s worst kept secret.

Last night OK! posted the cover story, �Yes, I�m Having A Baby.� Jessica has been engaged to former NFL star Eric Johnson, but still the date when the wedding will take place hasn�t been revealed. Only recently Simpson said about Eric, �We�re enjoying our commitment to each other.� �We want to take our time ... We might elope if it gets to that point.� A rep for Simpson had no comment.
